Christine is a B A Sociology (Hons) and Double Masters MA / MSW holder in Industrial Sociology and Social work from Calcutta University and St Xavier's College Autonomous, Kolkata. She started her career with Anjali, a rights based mental health organization, and Muskan, working on sex trafficking and child education. She has carried out research on mental health. She moved to Mumbai in 2011, and was the Monitor for Headmaster Leadership Development Program with Kaivalya Education Foundation as a Gandhi Fellow. She has collaborated with partners such as MCGM, McKinsey, UNICEF, Save the Children and Naandi Foundation, and was in charge of 5 BMC schools and involved with with 76 government schools. Christine was with Atma Education as Partnerships Manager and then came on board IQ Social as Senior Consultant.
