Neha did her MBA in HR, Mumbai University, in 2008 and worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist with Morgan Stanley. Thereafter, she did her MBA in Finance, University of Wales. She worked as a Research Analyst with Bloomberg, London. In 2013 she moved back to India and worked as an Executive Search Consultant with Avtar Career Creators, Bangalore and Black Turtle, Mumbai. In IQ she handles senior searches in her core sectors.
