Mallika is a graduate from the WelcomGroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal, and she did her hospitality industry training with The Hilton Hotel, Delhi and Taj Mahal Hotel Lucknow. Her first corporate assignment was with GE Capital in the Fastrack Leadership Management Program where she gained invaluable experience as a Team Leader and Process Developer. She holds Six Sigma Black Belt Quality Certification and her strength areas are customer relationship, team & process management. Mallika is a longstanding team member and has been with IQ Group since 2005. Mallika is actively engaged in promoting performing arts in theatre for young audiences (TYA), at Gillo Foundation.
